Monday April 29 to June 3 .
Following the successful resolution of some utility conflicts, we are moving forward with
improvements to 4th Avenue SW between 100th Street and Roxbury Street! The project focuses on
improving pedestrian safety. To complete the project quickly and safely, we will close the road.

Project Description:
This road improvement of 1,300 feet of 4th Housing Authority is excited about this project
Avenue SW in the Greenbridge Community of to beautify the neighborhood and prepare for
the White Center neighborhood includes the last phase of the Greenbridge master
surface water runoff water quality upgrades, planned community—a 100-acre sustainable
storm water infrastructure, channelization, site with parks, an elementary school, 80,000
signage, traffic calming measures, improved square feet of commercial space, and 1,000
pedestrian crossings, street paving, pedestrian rental, town home, and single family
lighting, and landscaping. The King County residences.

This project will transform 4th Avenue to look a lot like 8th Avenue.
