phone conversations. This isn't an occasional
event either; it's a regular and predictable con-
versation that they look forward to.
2) They focus on more than tasks. The best

lenges. It's not only about the project or job at
hand.
3) They talk about personal stuff and pro-

I n many ways, the 2020 Jeep Gladiator is the long-awaited

truck fans alike have been clamoring for. It has the iconic
