Leadership talk

Motivational speeches are very necessary in one’s life whether the person is old or
young these speeches not only provide a positive approach but also makes us
aware of ourselves, where we stand in today’s world. If we speak about today’s
time period where massive technological trends have taken place starting from our
own daily life to the unexplored deepest corners of the world. If I am allowed to
give certain examples the most known technological advancement will be the
mobile phones. These technological advancements have been incorporated in our
businesses as well. And these techno challenges introduced by the smart people of
our country was not only progressive to them but also for the whole nation.
For starting any new business or any idea three things are always working in the
background of an individual mind they are the DREAM of the new project/idea,
DESIRE to fulfill that dream, and the last but not the least DEVELOPMENT of the
practical outcome of the idea. Thus you can say the three D’s.
In today’s scenario government is focusing mainly on the youth of our country by
emphasizing mainly on terms like entrepreneur or some hackathons which are the
platforms provided for the students by the government for showcasing their talent
and bring fresh ideas which could be beneficial to the industry as well as to the
country and its citizens.
One such delegate Dr Anand Deshpande was invited on the smart India hackathon
platform for the motivational speech on LEADERSHIP. He had worked in US and
had returned to India. He is the founder chairman and managing director, Persistent
Systems Ltd. He was invited to guide the students on Career Planning.
He said that to become the entrepreneur one must mind from 10 years to start the
business he had established his company in 1990 when IIT business was not so
developed, lack of caliber, infrastructure and sending of mails was also difficult 28
years before. And software’s experts were required at that period. He established
his company in Pune, a couple of good colleagues were a source of motivation for
him and he started his business by sending email to USA.
 In one of his advice he answered one of the question saying that the best way
to start the entrepreneurship is by finding the key to solve the problem and
the ability to start the solution as a business or other means. World is moving
towards self-employment and starting the business. “Start your business
when you know what you are going to work”. Making the money, build
something that can be afford by the customers. To make a business you
should have a customer who is willing to buy. Business is not only for
starting but also sustaining it and for business customer is necessary.
 His second advice was on employment opportunities - he says if students
have expertise for the particular problem and for these problems solution,
customers are ready to pay then you can start the business and those students
have great demand in the market. Those who can update with technology
they are also in great demand in the various fields, so students should learn
or upgrade their knowledge and it is very essential. He added people search
for self-employment, short time project completion, upgrading capacity
which is beneficial for long term carrier development and enhance their skill
even after going out of college.
 His third advice was on business key factors- he said that vision, mission,
investible in your business so your company should be ready for market
attractions. Communication skills is very important if you communicate
your ideas then it will be advantageous.

Hence these were some of his advice he addressed in his communication for
the youth of our country. These advice were not only aimed at making a
better future of ourselves but also securing the future of our country too.
