PRODUCT SCOPE

Cataphos Glass Beads Class A is Reflective glass beads, these beads are
especially made for use in road marking paints and thermoplastics to provide
excellent night retro-reflective.

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

Cataphos Glass Beads Class A is manufactured under British Standard: BS 6088,

1981 with following properties:

SURFACE PREPARATION

Road surface should be dry & free from mud, sand, oil, foreign matter or any other loose
substrate or material. When lying on old film check the existing paint is fit. If not then it should
be removed prior to new lying.

STORAGE AND HANDLING PRECAUTIONS

o Keep away from Heat and Spark Sources

o Keep under shed, away from direct sunlight
o Keep the containers closed in storage
o Never breath Mist, Gas, Vapors from the container
o Use the paint in ventilation
o Store below 30 °C for best performance

o As long as container is firmly sealed and stored under recommended storage conditions,
product can be used within 06-Months of manufacturing date without deterioration.

FIRST AIDS

In Case Of Eye Splashes

 Wash with plenty of Flowing Cold Water
 Immediately consult the physician
In Case Of Inhalation (If the Person Feels Dizziness or Unconsciousness)
 Remove the person to Open Fresh Air Area
 Provide artificial breathing if needed
 Consult a Doctor
In Case Of Ingestion
 Drink Plenty of Water or Milk
 Don’t induce vomiting
 Consult a doctor
In Case Of Skin Contact (If Irritation Is Felt)
 Wash with plenty of Water and Soap
 Consult a doctor if irritation continues

SPILLAGE HANDLING

 Do not wipe the place with solvent.

 Use Wood Saw Dust and Sand and thoroughly spread on the spilled paint.
 Gather the mixture, store in some waste drum and dispose-off according to local
environment regulations
 Never throw out the paint in open garbage areas where fire is a norm

SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONS

o Avoid prolonged and repeated contact with skin

o Avoid prolonged inhalation
o Never try to ingest the product
o Always use Safety items, Goggles, Mask, Gloves, Apron for Personal Safety
o Do not use the product in congested or poor ventilated areas
