My Authobiography

We all know that life is too short so we enjoy every moment in our life I am a simple guy i grew
up in the beautiful island of Talim island, Binangonan, Rizal my Mother is Analyn Abana and my
Father is Edison Abana and my sister Sanika Abana Im 18 years old of age i born at Subay Public
Hospital in the evening my mother name me Elis Angelo Abana my name is base on the first
letter of the name of my mother Analyn Abana and Edison Abana in my childhood day ill take
my Kinder at Malakaban, Binangonan,Rizal in my kinder day i am a ranking student of my class
and very helpful to others but sometimes lazy and after i finish my kinder ill go to other school
to take my Day Care i take my Day Care at Pinagdilawan, Binanginonan, Rizal i move in other
school because my Mother and my Father want to have a time to each other. And after my
DayCare i graduate with honors ang move again to Malakaban to take my Elementary Days.

When i was a elementary my life is full of trouble not being a badboy but as a goodboy with a
badhabits but behind this kind of elementary life i got always a high grades and Im one of the
rank students of my class specially when i graduate my elementary but my elementary days is
not easy beacause i faced so many problems not in academic Performance but being a trouble
guy this is happy but sometimes my mother always in principal office beacause of me.One of
the biggest problem that i encountered is when my Mother ang my Father have a mis
understanding to each other i know this is normal for them but as my young age this is not good
and normal i face several problem beacause im hear some bad words to them theirs a point my
mother got bothered but i know this problem have a answer. Im so very happy beacause as of
now im not encountered that kind of problem.

Before i graduate in my Elementary i have so many different lesson that gives huge impact to my
life specially as a Younger person. I learned how to be a matured and to communicate to other
and to cope up with the real life problems understand the basic roles of life and the develop my
skills and motivate others . Different activities teach me how to improve my vison how to
choose a right track as a youger.

I was provide with huge opportunities during my Elementary life. I played different games with
my friends to encourage creativity in us. My teachers encourage me to engage in creative
activities, enjoy tge experience at school in my school in Malakaban my Teacher improved my
knowledge and gives me new things that helps me to achieve my goal in life to my next journey
in life. The high School life some of us say that high school life is the most happiest and the most
memorable part of our life because high school life you experience all you encountered all you
want to experience and this is the time that improve my maturity. High school life brings me to
a real world of being a student but i know high school. Life is not like a elementary life because
high school life is a stage of being a Real person because high school life is preparation to my
college life soon.
My high school life begins at Janosa National High School in this day im a grade 7 student in the
first day of school im very worried because i dont know what will happen to me. I thinking
about what will happen in a several days. My hearts beats faster because my mind thinking
what will hapen if i fail.but my mind is wrong when the days come i feel comportable i met
different friends that helps me to improve myself specially to different activities in school I
experience new life in hugh school life theres a time i got bullied but im not scared ill show to
them that i can do many things ill got a high grade and always in the top ten every grading in my
classroom until the end of the school year my vacation is very happy because i finish my first
level of my high school life.specially thankful to God when I grade eight this is the time when i
choose to join to different School pageant in our school im so thankful because im the one who
represent my Classroom always in different school pageant but this is not easy because this is
my first time to joain but im lucky because i finish the pageant always well.

In the same grade i got again a high grades and got a top in our classroom in the whole year. But
after my grade eight this is the start of the worst part of my high school life bcause when i was
grade nine my Mother decide to transfer me in Cagayan because my sister is also in Cagayan I
continue my grade nine at Gammad National High School in my first day in Gammad ofcourse im
so very nervous beacuse i dont have any friend in this School and their language is not tagalog
and i dont know how to understand but when the week comes i found a friends my first friend
name Vicson he is crazy he teach me how to understand Itawes Language specially i guide me
always beacuse because it is my first tim in thag school. But this is the part of my high school life
when im got a low grade sometimes failed i dont know what will happen i think beacause of my
friends because they teach me how to go out to school when my teacher is ongoing on
discusion they teach me how to be a badboy this is the worst part of my high school life but
behind all of this problem i finish but for now im not include one of the top student of my
classroom.

Yes im worried because when i tranfered in this school my life is full of problem because when i
was in my old school im a goodboy and a harworking student but the truth is being a badboy
sometimes is happy.. I am thankful because i met them they are bad imfluence bad im happy
because they are true friends. They help you all the time they keep you all the time but im
thankful because i finish again this level.

When I was grade ten this is the time when i fall inlove with a special girl this is the time when i
fall inlove because i will never fall inlove to other. Ill get her number and i tell him that i love him
and im happy because she said that she have a feeling with me the day comes and i got her
sweet YES this is one of my happiest part of my high school life but we all know if you dont
deserve you dony deserve because after how many months we got a break up not because we
dont love each other because of our parents. And after that she gone she move in other school
and we dont have any communication and this year i join again in pageant in my school and i
won 3rd runner up and after that i have a moving up ceremony this is one f the most
memorable moment of my high school life because i surpass all the problem that comes into my
life specially when i have a problem im academic.

This is the beginimg of my new journey in life because this is a new level of high school life .i
know this is the preparation for college.. I decide to continue my senior high school at University
of Cagayan Valley but some students said that there are no vacant so i decide to enroll to ISAP
when i entering at ISAP im Excited but feeling nervous because there are so many students in
this school after many days im feel comportable in this school because i see and i found
different kind of people. Specially im a part of the home of mighty eagles. But my senior high
school life is not easy there are so many different problem that comes into my life like a failing
grades incomplete requirement.. Sometimes the guidance called my mother because i have so
many absences.. Yes im so lazy and im not studying well but im happy because i experience a lot
of memory with my friends. And now we still fighting for Toga to recieve a diplomo i will do
everything to finish this.

School has always remain a place of freedom for me when i enjoy different avtivities specially
when i have a problem.I was always encourage my self to enjoy freedom despite certain fears
that i had. One of the biggest challenge in my life is to make a right decision about my career
because i know the time comes and i need to sure the right career that you belong .but now i
have an idea what career belong to me and i know it can helps me to help my family someday. I
hope my parents guide me and give me a support to achive my career and to finish my study.. I
know i this is not a ending of a high school life beacause theres still have a month to be a good
and hard working students to finish this School year.. I have a so may problem academic
problems, family problems but this is not a reason to stop fighting for the graduation.

I know the day is come i dont know what will happen to my classmate and specially to my
friends after the graduation but i am thankful because of they i dont experience of this kind of
enjoyment i know we miss each moment that we are one. But the important is everyone finish
there study someday and helps there family because this if the goal of everyone specially me. I
want to gibe back all does hard working of my parent for me and to be a good son to them.. I
know im not a average student but i promise to them that i will do my best to finish my college
for my own sake and to help my family i know God is always there to help me to help us.

FEDERALISM

Federalism has to do with the need of people and polities to unite for common purposes yet
remain separate to preserve their respective integrities.It is rather like wanting to have one's
cake and eat it too. Since it the natural human condition atleast half the works of politics if not
90 percent of it, is directed to somehow accommodating that logically insoluble problem. Under
certain circumstances Federalism is highly useful device for doing just that consequently,
Federal ideas ang arragements have emerged repeatedly on the course of human history as
major devices to try accommodate that condition Ours in one of those times.

Federal principles grow out of the idea of free people can freely enter into lasting, yet limited
political associations to achieve common ends and protect certain rights. While preserving their
respective integrities as the ambiguity of the term "federal" reveals federalism is concerned
simultaneously with the diffusion of political power in the name of liberty and its concentration
on behalf of unity or energetic government. The federal idea itself rest the principle that
political and social instituition and relationship are best established through covenants,
compacts, or other contructual arrangements, rather than or an addition to, simply growing
originally: in other words that human are able to make constitutional choices.

Federalism represents those governments constituting the aspect of division of the power
between federal or national governments and regional governments. The system is known to be
effective in vast or large geographical areas. The system is designed to take governance closer to
the citizens through their leaders. The American government for example uses the system. The
regional governments in the system have a constitution that is written.

They are given the power and granted independence and other responsibilities. In the
Legislative level, the governments are permitted to have, pass, amend and make laws. In the
judiciary, law enforcement and interpretation is allowed for the federal governments.

The independence and powers allowed to the state or federal governments allow the leaders to
ensure that they help the people in their states. They give issues affecting the regions and the
people priorities. They have the interests on the people. They have written constitutions that
provide the powers which are accompanied by responsibilities. States make treaties, and also
control resources in their states.
