name is Maharani Faradinna Ilma, 22 years old, and just get a bachelor degree of
Communication and Community Development Study at Bogor Agricultural University (IPB)
with GPA 3.62 and Cum Laude as my predicate.

You should hire me as a Customer Care Officer because I am a woman with a good
hospitality considering my experiences as a Liaison Officer; a person who is charged to liaise
someone important at some events, so I’m good at handling peoples and problems and taking
care of them, especially customers at Tokopedia. I'm a communicative and easy going person.
I really enjoy to work in team, able to work under pressure, and I really enjoy speak in front
of many peoples. I also can operate Microsoft well.
