Following documents are required to be submitted by the applicant.

1. A letter from competent authority of applying govt. agency for electric connection.
2. Proof of ownership/ NOC from Owner
3. Verified / approved lay out / building plan with covering letter of Building Authority
or verification by relevant Government Agency.
4. Test Form (from Electrical Inspector Karachi) after payment of estimate and SD
charges.
5. Copy of Last paid bill ( if applicable).

Application may be rejected if documents are missing details, misreporting, of

information and nonpayment of Old or New dues.
