Comments / Observations:

The training expanded the basic know-how of the partcipants in the different functions and
commands on the most commonly used application such as MSWord, MS Excel, and MS
Powerpoint. Activities were in line with the objectives of the course and additional practice
activites were also helpful in achieving the training objectives.
Furthermore, knowledge on the basic parts of the computer and basic troubleshooting gave
the participants not only supplementary to their computer knowledge but also additional
opportunities for them.

After a Brief orientation of the course, the topics were discussed and exercise are immediately
handed to the participants.

The venue for the training as the Computer Laboratory 1 of Occidental Mindoro State College

the presentation.
All topics were carried out through powerpoint presentation provided by DICT. Activity
Handouts were also prepared by the facilitators for each session. Sets of evaluation forms
were also printed for the participants’ evaluation.
Problems Encountered:
The training’s main shortcoming primarily has to do something with the consistent power
interruption. Though the venue provided a generation set for contingency, the main problem is
with the participants not being able to save their works.

Suggestions / Recommendations:
The slides and other content should be updated in terms of terms and program interface. The
slides shows MS 2010 and Windows 2007 while the participants are using MS 2013 and Windows
