INFORMATION
The undersigned accuses MARCELO GARCIA y CASTILLO @ “BATO”, JOEL
GARCIA y CASTILLO and REMEGIO BUSTOS JR. y NUQUI @ “JON JON” of the
crime of Serious Physical Injuries, committed as follows:

That on or about February 4, 2006 in the City of Manila, Philippines, the said
accused, conspiring and confederating together and helping one another, did then and
there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously attack, assault and use personal violence upon
the person of one JOSE IBE JR. y DAYRIT, by then and there mauling him, thereby
inflicting on the latter physical injuries which have required and will require medical
attendance for a period of more than thirty (30) days, incapacitated and will incapacitate
him from performing his customary labor during the same period of time.
