connecting with Pet Parents to provide the education they need in order for the care and relationship
with their pets to last.
· I’m also cross-trained to be a cashier that greets our Pet Parents upon arrival and ensuring they had an
outstanding shopping experience upon check-out when I ring up merchandise and complete
transactions.

SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTION | TARRANT COUNTY COLLEGE | AUGUST 2016 – DECEMBER
2018
· I attended Spanish I (SPAN 1411) to gather notes and meet with the students.
· With lectures and the textbook, I facilitated four, one-hour supplemental instruction sessions per week
that helped the students learn vocabulary for Spanish and the correct pronunciation.
· I planned ahead with my sessions by designing creative activities using everyday items and technology.
· Once a week, I met with the professor to improve my understanding of the class material and concepts I
should focus my sessions on more.
· I have previously been a Supplemental Instructor for Intro to Speech Communications (SPCH 1311) as
well as Integrated Reading and Writing classes (INRW 0395, INRW 0399, INRW 0011).
