Training Objectives:

Pakistan is a developing country and its private sector has shown great
progress over the years but still many organizations and companies lacks basic
quality management system requirement that effects the overall performance
of an organization or company.

ISO 9001, training course has been designed to help the organizations
demonstrate commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, as well as
continuously improving quality management systems (QMS). Its objective is to
provide participants with an overview of the purpose and requirements of ISO
9001as a tool for business improvement.

ISO 14001 is the business improvement tool that helps organizations


implement a flexible and robust environmental management system, making
them more resilient and sustainable. It brings environmental management into
the heart of an organization, complementing business strategy and helping
improve environmental performance over time. It’s a framework which helps
organizations to focus on the increasing expectations of customers and other
stakeholders, as well as regulatory requirements
