D.S Rawat is a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has authored several books of
Taxmann including a book on Indian Accounting Standards. His Area of specialization is Accounting and Auditing, Indian
GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP (Particularly in Accounting Standards and Auditing Standards and Financial Reporting). Mr
Rawat's expertise in writing accounting material brings to the fore his natural flair for teaching catching the student's
attention with his enjoyable lively examples equipped with facts and figures from the accounting world.

Furqan Warsi is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He is a Managing Partner of a CA Firm and managing the entire work
with a team of around 200 people reporting to him. In addition he is involved in IFRS trainings and have served well known
companies. He has well groomed himself to be a specialist in teaching ACCA , CIMA ,DipIFR ,and DipFM and is known for
making his sessions as interesting as possible with his style of teaching.
Ashok Sahi is a qualified CPA (USA), Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant (India) with 24 years experience in
the areas of Strategic Business Planning, Project Management, Finance, Controlling, Budgeting, IFRS, US GAAP and
Sox, International Accounting and taxation. A keen analyst with excellent relationship management skills and abilities in

Puneet Pahuja is an ACCA (UK), MBA Finance (UK) has more than 5 years practical experience in field of Accounts and
Finance. He has provided corporate trainings on international accounting in many manufacturing, media, oil and gas
companies. He has well placed himself in a position for bringing the best out of ACCA and CIMA students and very well
understands the thinking trends of aspiring accountants; his understanding for approaching the examinations equips

Vinayak Pai V is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of ICAI. He has 15 years of experience as Vice President
(Finance) of Infosys Technologies Limited. He has conducted series of workshops on Finance, Accounting, Controls and
Strategic financial decision making for the senior leadership of various corporate accounts. He has been training
corporate leaders, presenting technical papers at seminars and conferences and writing technical and research articles in
leading publications for professionals which makes him a reliable teacher with real life examples experienced through his

Arun Gupta is a Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He has extensive experience in Taxation related matters and also
carries expertise in International Financial Reporting Standards. He is responsible for the design and delivery of training

source of knowledge for powering ACCA, CIMA classes and is liked by students for his simple methods,for better
understanding.
Deepak Doshi is a CPA (USA). He is based in New York with over 20 years experience in accounting and auditing with 17
