DEED OF SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That we, MHELYGENE D. TESORO-RAMOS and EUGENE TESORO JR., both

married, both of legal ages, Filipino citizens and residents of Tamag, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur,
Philippines for and in consideration of the amount of THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND (Php
300, 000.00) Philippine currency, and other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged from MARIBETH NAVARRO-CHAN, likewise of legal age, married, and
resident of San Sebastian, San Vicente, Ilocos Sur, Philippines hereby SELLS, TRANSFERS
AND CONVEYS and by these presents have SOLD, TRANSFERRED AND CONVEYED unto
said VENDEE, the following motor vehicle described as follows:

That by virtue of this Deed of Sale of Motor Vehicle, the vendee, MARIBETH
NAVARRO-CHAN, now becomes the true and absolute owner of the aforementioned vehicle,
same is free from all liens and encumbrances whatsoever and that I hereby agree and bind myself
to defend and warrant forever the right, interest and title of the said vendee, her heirs, assigns and
successors in interest against the just and valid claim of third person.
