Location:

Since around the university not found any restaurant where stundents, teachers
and of course residents could spend together around an important event in
their lives.

Restaurant of my dream will be located right in the center of the territory

university park.This is a perfect place and will be very welcome to everyone
around.

The restaurant will be in mun. Chisinau, str. Students, you can get 9/9 with
trolleybus 10 .
Parcking Zone:

For customer’s parking is available with three levels of about 100 place.Each
level is marked with a different color: yellow, orange, gray and red. At all levels
are parking spaces for people with special needs.

 Parking services are available non-stop

 Strictly follow the rules of movement with in the parking
 ‘’North's Star

I chose this name because it is the star that lights our way.

Me being from North've brought this star because it lights up my path.

It will be like a talisman will bring happiness, health, accomplishments for each
visit and you will admire the beauty of this restaurant.

Strong brightness of the star will bring smile on everyone's heart and soul.
Table service:
Dinnerware what I used: stainless steel cutlery, dishes and fees porcelain, crystal
glasses.

Because porcelain is a fine ceramic structure vitrification gray-white or yellowish-

white and translucent. And it is not dangerous for food to be consumed by
customers.

Steel is a steel with a low carbon content in the composition does not rust due to
this fact does not harm health.

Crystal glasses will be purely because it is very durable and has a very nice
bright.
 Menu:
The menu will be replaced with a tablet which will include lists of kinds of food
and drinks here will be included and the price.

Customers will then select the desired command is transmitted automatically to the
waiter after the order is served.

 Food of fish and sea fruit

Employees will present some wear special uniforms.

Waitresses who will take care of arranging meals and serving their customers
will be the 10 waitresses. Each serves a meal for 8 persons.

Their uniform will consist of white blouse and skirt, gray jacket, white cap to
protect your hair from falling and red tie.

Chef's uniform will be different: white pants and blouse, jacket and gray cap,
white napkin backup in case you sweat.
Kitchen:
It will be equipped with modern equipment such as:

 Machine for boiled pasta

 Two fridge’s
 professional stove
 freezer
 machine for cleaning potatoes
 two blawers
 microwave oven
 dishwasher
 Sinks

The freezer will be one space will be three usual freezers .It has avery useful functions
such as keep food without harmful to their offers a fresh look.
Bathroom:
The bathroom will be an unusual will be a large room divided into two rooms.In
smallest one will be speakers suitable for smokers. Will sinks, dryer, soap, napkins
and a few ashtrays, fixed on the floor. Mirror will be missing in this room, the
background will be a darker and will not miss blower.

Seconds will be one bright with mirrors on the walls, three sinks, hands dryer, bath
accessories, napkins, soap.

Light, water will start automatically at the touch device.

Conclusion:
These are my little dream presentations about my dream.But still
hope this dream will become real in a good day.This business have
to open a restaurant in town is a great idea and good
experience.Depositing very hard work and do some nice things then
you have a chance to bring people pleasure and instead earn
good money. But to have a better result must use high-quality food,
equipment and modern fittings.
