Please read the instructions carefully
1. Please bring PRINTED copy of this Admit card with one recent passport size color
photograph firmly pasted on it (similar to uploaded
photograph). Admission/entry to the (Computer Based Test)CBT examination center
will be on production of printed copy of this Admit Card & subject to
verification. If the details / information in the admit card is found to be
tampered with and/or is in contradiction with the candidate’s particulars available
with the
test centre incharge, the candidate will not be permitted to attempt the test.
2. NOTE: Admit Card must not be mutilated or tampered with. You have to appear for
the Computer Based Test (CBT) at your own expense on the date, time
and Venue as indicated above.
3. Please take a clear and legible printout of the Admit Card in A4 size paper
preferably using a color photo printer.
4. Bring any one Photo Identity Proof such as PAN Card/ Passport/ Driving License/
Voter’s Card/ Bank Passbook with photograph/ Aadhar card or E-Aadhar
with a photograph /Identity card issued by candidate’s last attended academic
institution, in original along with a photo copy of the same. Candidate without
valid Photo ID proof will not be permitted to appear for the examination. If
identity of the candidate is doubtful the candidate will not be allowed to
appear for the Examination.
5. Note: The photo identity proof must contain the same name as it appears on the
call letter. In case of any discrepancy in identity i.e. mismatch in name,
photograph and signature, the candidate may not be permitted to appear for the
examination. Candidates who have changed their name will be
allowed only if they produce original and self attested copy of Gazette
Notification / Marriage Certificate /Affidavit in this regard.
6. You must bring stationery ( pencils, ballpoint pen) with you. Rough sheets will
be provided at Test Center.
7. You are advised to report to the examination venue at the time mentioned on the
Admit card. Candidate will not be allowed to Enter Examination venue
after Gate Closure time.
8. Examination will be conducted online (CBT Mode). You must enter your User Name
and Password to login 5 minutes before the Exam Start time to read the
Assessment related instructions. Please ensure that your Name and other details
which will subsequently appear on the screen are correct.
9. Duration of the Examination is 120 minutes. Candidates must reach the
examination venue 60 Minutes before the commencement of examination for
identity verification
10. Candidates are advised to locate the test center and its accessibility at least
one day prior to examination date so that they can reach the test center on time.
11. Use of books, notebooks, calculators/logarithmic table, datastorage device,
camera, bags, watch calculators, pagers, cell phones and ring with built in
calculator/memory, digital diary, any Bluetooth device etc. or any other electronic
gadgets or recording devices are not permitted in examination area. Any
candidate found resorting to any unfair means (including sharing stationery) or
malpractice or any misconduct during the examination, including giving/receiving
help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualified. The candidate
should be vigilant in the examination. Any request for change of Test
center/venue will not be entertained.
12. A specific computer node no. will be allotted to every candidate and the list
of the same will be displayed at the door of the respective labs/ classrooms.
13. No Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall till full
examination time is over.
14. Admit Card in original to be handed over to the Invigilator in the examination
hall along with self-attested photocopy of VALID PHOTO IDENTITY
document. You should put your signature on the declaration provided on the Admit
Card in the presence of the invigilator. Candidate is advised to keep a
photocopy of the Admit Card for their future reference.
15. CBT will be objective test of 02 hours duration with 150 questions of 1 mark
each with no negative marking.
16. PWD Candidates using the facility of the SCRIBE should visit our website and
apply online page for Guidelines, instructions and declaration to
be arranged by them for using the facility of SCRIBE.
17. In case of any discrepancy in the admit card , contact our helpdesk on
8928192226 one week before the test.
18. Mere issuance of admit card should not be treated as an offer of employment in
NFL.
19. This admit card is issued to you provisionally for appearing in the test solely
based on the information furnished by you in your online application. If at any
stage
of the recruitment process including after recruitment, it is detected that
information provided by you is incorrect / incomplete or is not in conformity with
the
eligibility criteria, or if it is found that you have concealed / distorted any
material information, your candidature will be cancelled without assigning any
reason
thereof without prejudice to taking any other action as may be deemed appropriate
by the Company.
