Longheng Company has 2 Strand produce line from Germany Siemens, 5 Straight – line Wire Drawing
produce line, 1 unbonded pc strand produce line ,mainly produce 1x3 ,1x7 structure steel wire strands
for prestressed concrete, prestressed steel wires , unbounded steel strand.

To ensure product quality exactly in accord with international industrial standards , such as GB/T 5224-
2003, ASTM A416, ASTM A421 , BS5896 , EN10138, AS1311-1987,JISG3536, ISO6934, etc.,
Longheng company equipped with WE-100KN Tensile Testing Machine, WE-300KN Tensile Testing
Machine, WE-600KN Tensile Testing Machine, CWJ-6 self-propelled bending Machine , SL-300 electro
hydraulic relaxation testing machine, etc. The product has passed the test of China National
Construction Steel Quality Supervision and Test Center ,Inspection Center of China Ministry of Railway
,Inspection Center of China Ministry of Metallurgy .
At present , company has 150 employees, including 30 technicians. Company Organization Structure as
below, which is not complicated so that we can make the quickest response to customer ‘s
requirements, including , RFQ(Requirement for Quotation) , technology consult , training for Construction
work, requirement for providing documents for bidding ,etc. This shorten the time of communication
