Introduction:
Traditional business applications have always been very expensive, complicated and you need a
whole team of experts to configure, install, test, run, update and secure software, hardware. You
eliminate all headaches using cloud computing because you are not managing software, hardware
that’s responsibility of an experienced vendor.

Here we introduce a CRM for WORLD OF FANTASY , wherein the whole business process comes
under one roof. Starting with the Campaigning of the business we continue it to grow and grow
and make end user friendly view for the progress of the business.

Literature Review:
This is how previously Adventure CRM’s were working.
 Manual ,door to door Campaigning
 Creating leads,contacts,accounts,opportunities manually.

Invoicing:

The aim of Invoicing is an improvement for the easy access of the CRM and is
highly end user friendly. It is generated with lots of Validation Rules and
formulaes.

Objective and Scope:


 This project will help in automatimg the business with the world’s largest CRM tool
salesforce.com
 It can be used to grow a new business for adventure or theme parks for various things
like Package, Receipt voucher, Invoicing .
 This system can be used with various licenses according to the requirement which is
according to per user per month.
 It can be largely extended to handle large amount of data by apex triggering.
Methodology:
Here is the plan —

 Map various Accounts and Contacts in the system

 Will create leads according to potential responses.

 These leads are further converted into Opportunities, Accounts and Contacts.

 Various objects are loaded with Package and Package Details

 Invoice is further generated

 Reports and dashboards are further made for the end user.

Result and Discussion:

Automate a business process for World of Fantasy CRM and simulate various validations
 Campaiging
 Invoicing with the help of Package and Package Details
 For various opportunities we can have receipt vouchers also.
 Showcasing the Dashboards to present day to day growth
Conclusion:

1. This is a great CRM to handle and automate any type of business process.
2. The UI friendly to end user increases its usability.
3. It can be used in real-time and show you various status of organization and daily
reports on one single dashboard.
4. We can use this CRM to various adventure or theme parks and ease their business
process.
