1. Please get yourself registered in advance at Yog Gram to help us serve you better.
2. For advance registration you have to send your particulars like- Name, Age, Sex, Diseases, History of
Disease (Latest Pathology, Radiology and Cardiology Reports), Complete Address, Contact No. and
Email Id through - fill and submit online application form on our website.
3. Tuberculosis (TB), Leprosy and AIDS patient are not treatable at YogGram.
4. Deposit the amount onlyafter getting permission from our doctor by email.
5. Registration Procedure-
a. The period of stay for treatment shall be minimum 7 days and maximum 50 days.
b. Health seekers can book their accommodation for more than 7 days and they have to deposit
charges amount for complete desired period. No money, in any form, will be refunded/ adjusted to a
health seeker leaving the treatment before completion of booked period.
The following steps outline the process of submitting an Online Registration Form:-
(You may check availability – online booking/user login/online patient registration)
Step-1 Fill Online Application Form => Submit.
(Health seeker with critical diseases like Cardiac, Kidney, Liver and cancer etc, must upload their latest relevant
medical reports.)
Step-2 Wait for Treatment approval. Approval message with Username & Password will be sent to you via SMS or E-
Mail within 48 Hours.
Step-3 After getting your Username & Password visit Online Booking Portal and Login.

Step-4 Choose accommodation for each health seeker Individual or sharing, subject to availability.
Step-5 After saving the accommodation, proceed for payment option:-
(A) Online Payment (B) Offline Payment
Step-6 Do Online Payment. Step-6 Generate Bank-Voucher and Print.
Step-7 After successful payment, you will get booking Step-7 Deposit payment in bank within 48 hours.

Step-8 After depositing payment in the bank, again
proceed with Patient Login fill the payment
voucher details.
Step-9 You will get booking confirmation Via SMS or E-

 7. Note-
a. You have to pay a registration charge of Rs. 300/- with advance booking amount
and treatment kit charge will be levied on arrival as for doctor’s advice.
b. Panchkarma & Holistic (Alternative) therapy charges are extra, as given on the
website.
c. Health seekers will have to give prior information to register two persons,
after getting confirmation of payment treatment and accommodation charges
will be payable according to the rules for registration from one to the other.
8. Special Discount on Accommodation-
a. In Rajarshi and Muniraj Cottages discount will be given as under:- 3% on a stay of
10-15 days, 5% on a stay of 16-20 days, 7% on a stay of 21-25 days, and 10% on
a stay of more than 25 days.
b. For Corporate members -20%, Life members-10%, Founder members-15%, Rajya
Prabhari-25%, Jila and Khand Prabhari-10%, Group Booking (Minimum-25 members
and Maximum-40 members)-5%.
NOTE- 1. Discount facility can be availed of by a member only once a year.
2. Member’s dependent (Mother, Father, Son (25 Year/Unmarried), Daughter (25
Year/Unmarried), Brothers (25 Year/Unmarried).

9. Postponement & Cancellation-

a. Postponement Norms
i. If the health seeker seeks a postponement, the desired schedule should be
sent via E mail to registration department, e-mail must be sent 5 days prior
to the scheduled date,
ii. Only two revisions are permitted subject to availability of accommodation.
For each revision a charge of 10% of the deposited amount will have will be
levied.
iii. If the health seeker does not arrive on the revised schedule date the deposited
amount shall be forfeited.
b. Cancellation Norms
i. No money, in any form, will be refunded to a health seeker leaving the treatment
before 7 days.
ii. If the registration is cancelled the following charges will apply:-
1. 10 days prior to the scheduled date, there shall be a deduction of 25%,
2. 5 days prior to the scheduled date, there shall be a deduction of 50%
3. No refunds are permissible if instead of two health seekers only one health
seeker arrives.
4. In case of cancelation no money be refunded, if any health seeker does not
come.
iii. No refunds are permissible if the health seeker cancels the reservation within 5
days of scheduled date or if he/she does not arrive on the scheduled date.

10. Special Instructions-

a. Children will not be allowed to accompany the health seeker. if you arrive with

Children, the admission may be refused,

b. If the child is a health seeker and is above 10 yrs. Of age, he/she can be
 considered for treatment. However the Child should be accompanied by an
attendant preferably a parent.
c. If on arrival the health seeker’s condition is not found suitable treatment,
final decision regarding admission & treatment will be taken by CMI.
d. The same charges will be applicable for one health seeker and one attendant.
e. Two people may include 2 health seekers or one health seeker and one attendant.
f. separate accommodation for attendant/driver is available @ Rs 400/- per day per
Person (Subject to availability).
g. Health seeker coming in OPD and wanting to consult the doctor may do so on
payment of Rs 300/- as Consultation charge.
h. Health seekers will not reach YOG GRAM earlier than the scheduled day.
i. Check in time on the scheduled day of arrival is - 9:00 AM TO 2:00 PM. This day
will be utilized for orientation and consultation with Doctor. This day will not be
included in treatment days. Treatment would commence on the subsequent day at
4.30 AM.
j. The health seekers will be discharged on the Eighth day after 5.00 PM. However
they can stay for that night, but have to pay night charge of Rs. 400/- for each
health seeker (Subject to availability), and must leave Yog Gram next day by 8.00
AM.
k. Health seekers reaching later than 6.00 PM on the scheduled day; shall be able to
meet the doctor on the subsequent day at 9.00 AM, and treatment shall commence
by 11.00 AM. On the same day.
l. For only Panchakarma and Shatkarma health seeker need not come to Yog Gram.
These facilities are available at Patanjali Yogpeeth Phase-I and can be availed of
there.
m. For health seekers reaching Yog Gram without advance registration, a registration
will only be allowed subject to availability of accommodation and permission of the
CMI.
n. When reaching Yog Gram, the nearest village about 2 km road is
inconvenient from Aurangabad to Yog Gram. We have regret for the trouble.
o. PATIENTS ARE ADVISED TO READ AND FOLLOW THE RULES AT YOG GRAM
RELIGIOUSLY.
Note- On your arrival time you must support luggage checking at reception for safety
reasons.
a. During menstrual cycle please don’t make any booking at YogGram, since it will not
provide you appropriate benefit from treatment during your menstrual periods.
b. Females with other menstrual disorders are requested to take appropriate treatment
to regularize their menstrual cycle and then they can make booking at YogGram for
further treatment in order to gain better relief from treatment.
