How can students defeat stress?

The educational system is made in a way that


students have to learn a lot for a test, an exam,
bacalaureat and so on.Those subjects that has to be
learned are teached by the professor during a period
of time and than a test is announced. And what does
the student? Exactly, he learns everything two days
or even the night before the exam. This is the main cause of stress, a large amount of lessons
which have to be learned in a short period of time.So the question how to defeat stress is
widely searched, but believe it or not, stress is easy to be defeated if people really want it to
happen.

First, we have to, obviously, stop learning everything we have to, the night before the exam
because we are not capable of really learning in a few hours. Start by learning your lesson at
the end of the week, so in this way, you would not have to learn but to revise, which is
easier. In order to keep your brain active and learn a lot more easier, try to exercise a bit
during the day. You will notice de benefits right after you have exercised. You will feel more
relaxed, not bored as usual or easily distracted by everything. Oh, and stop using or checking
your phone every ten minutes, this does not help you. Even if you are having a break from
studying, which you should have, try not to spend more then ten minutes on the break. And
do not use your break to surf the interet, check facebook, try to think what you have to
prepare for the next day or just lie in your bed for a few minutes.You would feel more
relaxed in this way. This is easy if we are in high school, but what happen if we are in our
fresman year at college?

Here things are a bit more complicated. As a student in an university, you have to adapt to a
new enviroment which can be a bit difficult at first and till you get accustomed to it would
take some time. Of course you do not have time to really get accustomed to your new
classmates or teachers because you have to learn, and learnd a lot because at the end of the
semester you would have a sesion of exams which are extremely important. And what is to
be done if the stress starts to appear? Of course you can not do a lot of exercises, this will
take some time and after all you will be tired. You should first calm down, take a break do
not try to stay up too late, this will not help, on contrary will make it worse. Try to get
enough sleep and take regular breaks. In your breaks you can listen to music, call a friend,
laugh everything which makes you fell
positive. After your break learn in sections
what you have to learn and highlight what
you have to learn help,it may help. And as I
said try not to get distracted, be focused on
what you have to learn.
In conclusion,those advices are helpful in many cases and remember that if you feel stressed
do not let it ruin your day.Try to beat it and regain your forces by keeping a positive atitude.
Smile, laugh, do what makes you happy and stress would be gone easier that you think. I
know it sounds like a cliche, but it actually hepls and is simple to be done.
