Project Details:
Quoted amount and timeline are based on the requirements which were provided by client
The application will be offering accounting solution to multiple users. It will be compatible for multiple operation system
which are Android, IOS and linux (Web based). Our user can access via any of the devices mentioned.

Total cost for the project will be $5000

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Maintenance of the Mobile Application will be free for one month.
2. The duration of the project completion could be varying.
3. A down payment is required in order to begin development of your Application. This is usually 50%
of the upfront design fee, unless an alternative contract or proposal specifies a different amount.
The outstanding balance on your application is due after the design, navigation and pages have
been approved and built.
4. Application Development Cancellation: If site design and development work has already begun
(such as creating a design concept), then the down payment is non-refundable.
5. The Client retains the copyright to data, files and graphic logos provided by the Client, and grants
Vivotic Solucion the rights to publish and use such material. The Client must obtain permission and
rights to use any information or files that are copyrighted by a third party.
6. Vivotic Solucion cannot accept responsibility for any alterations caused by the Client or a third party
occurring to the Client's pages once installed. Such alterations include, but are not limited to
additions, modifications or deletions. Vivotic Solcuion may require a one-off Web Development
charge before resolving any issues that may arise.
7. Vivotic Solucion will not be responsible if there is any delay of time from the side of the client.
8. If we unable to fulfill requirements which we agree on. The amount paid for that specific module will
be refundable.
