RELATIONS SECOND LEVEL
ELIGIBILITY

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:


* Checks, examines and evaluates individual student checklists, jackets and curricula of students enrolled in the Diploma in Industrial Relations; * Checks, examines, and evaluates individual student checklists, jackets
and curricula of students enrolled in Master of Industrial Relations (MIR), Plan A (Comprehensive Examination), and Plan B (thesis); * Inputs student grades in their respective jackets and checklists; * Checks/examines
the admission requirements submitted by the new applicants to the Graduate Studies Program; * Prepares for the entrance examination by assigning code number for each examinee and preparing the venue for the
examination; * Proctors in the conduct of examination and collections of test papers; * Assists in the corrections of test papers (Part I of the test);
* Announces the result of entrance examination through website and answers queries from examinees; * Prepares referral slips to all who passed the entrance examination to be submitted to the University Registrar
for the issuance of admission slips; * Evaluates records of graduating students; * Prepares and submits lists of candidates (DIpIR and MIR) with complete records to the University Registrar; * Organizes/coordinates
preparation for College Recognition Rites and University Graduation; * Prepares true copy of grades, certification of enrollment, etc. requested by students; * Prepares class schedule by consulting faculty preferences,
etc.; * Encodes schedule of classes in the Computerized Registration System (CRS); * Assists in the enrollment by student advising, as a validator and checker; Prepares room assignments by number of students and
preference of faculty; * Files grade sheets and update grades of students in their jackets and checklists; * Sorts and file Form 5, LOA forms, dropping slips, completion forms, etc. of students in their respect jackets; *
Receives and makes telephone calls pertinent to student records and services requested by students; * Answers query from prospective students regarding graduate studies program offered by the School; * Drafts
letter for the College Secretary for local and foreign applicants for admission; * Prepares in the conduct of Comprehensive Examination and act as a Proctor; * Evaluates students‘ records/grades who may qualify for
scholarships or awards and come up with the list of candidates for academic scholarship or awards: College Scholar, University Scholar, Academic Excellence; * Prepares the data to be included in the School‘s annual
report with regard to student records and performance; * Acts as support staff in the conduct of seminars e.g. Workers‘ Institute on Labor Laws (WILL) and others; * Acts as support staff in the conduct of Certificate
Course in Industrial Relations once a year (Summer).

b) Submit on or before the set deadline to the Recruitment & Selection Section of UP HRDO located at the Mezzanine floor, Quezon Hall, UP Diliman the following documents:
1. Letter of application (stating the position, college/unit and that you certify all the attached documents are true and correct);
2. Fully accomplished PDS (http://hrdo.upd.edu.ph/PDS_2017a.xlsx) and Work Experience Sheet (http://hrdo.upd.edu.ph/PDS_2017_Work%20Experience%20Sheet.docx)
3. Performance rating in the last rating period (if applicable);
4. Photocopy of certificate of eligibility/rating/license;
5. Photocopy of Transcript of Records;
6. Photocopy of relevant training certificates; and
7. Photocopy of employment certificates AUGUSTUS C. RESURRECCION, Ph.D.
