DEED OF SALE OF REAL PROPERTY

KNOW ALL YE MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

We, the undersigned, RODRIGO CASTRO, of legal age, married to

Clarita Castro, residing at Quinaoayanan, Bani, Pangasinan and known in this
instrument as the VENDORS, and ROSIE ORDANEZ, also of legal age, residing
at Upper Bicutan, Taguig City and known in this instrument as the VENDEE, to
Wit:

WITNESSETH

That the VENDORS are the owners of parcel of land located at Ranom
Iloco., Bani, Pangasinan and more particularly described as follows:

“A parcel of unirrigated rice land consisting of 1,993

square meters and cogon land consisting of 9,274 square
meters, bounded on the North by Antonio Ordanez; on the
East by Adelina Ordanez; on the south by Leon Ordanez;
and on the west by Antonio Ordanez; covered by Tax
Declaration No. 9717 issued by the Assessor’s Office of
Bani, Pangasinan on June 7, 1993.”

That in consideration of the sum of Fifty Thousand Pesos (P50,000.00)

Philippine Currency and legal tender of the Philippines the herein Vendors sell,
cede, transfer full ownership and possession over the above property to the herein
Vendee, free from all liens and encumbrances.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the herein parties set their hands and affix their
signatures on this 23rd of April 2014 in the City of Quezon, Philippines.
