NOTICE OF RENT INCREASE

Please take notice that:

1. In accordance with existing statutes and legislation of the Republic of the

Philippines, and any applicable local ordinance in the City of Marikina, Mr/Ms.
[Name of Landlord] is hereby giving you notice of an increase in the amount of
your monthly rent.

2. Aforementioned monthly rental payments are being increased by seven percent

(7%) from the current amount of [Current monthly rental payment in pesos] per
month to [desired monthly rental payment in pesos] per month, as of [effectivity
date of increase].

3. The increase of seven percent (7%) shall remain in effect ANNUALLY

henceforth until the end or termination of the lease/rent OR until the monthly
rental amount reaches P10,000.00 pesos, whichever comes first.

4. You are responsible for making all necessary payment arrangements to

accommodate this change in rate.
