can get a big problem to move forward and be the best. Consider to the lack of communication
among managers and stafts, we want all of stafts can have a good skills of communicate, where
every stafts can communicate with managers and understand every task that they must do by
follows the instructions from managers. So they cannot doing mistake when settle their job if
they have a good communication with their managers.
