Team Charter:

Broad Goals:
Properly review the conspiracy theories that wrap around vaccinations
Finding proper resources that back up our claims on vaccinations
Coming to a conclusion on vaccination conspiracy theories: real or not
real?

Measurable Team Goals:


Finish work 48hours before the actual deadlines (to give room for editing, etc.)
Checkmark if we are individually meeting the criteria in the review sheet (SLO)

Personal Goals:
Esther: Fulfill acceptable work in a timely manner (not to procrastinate), review
resources and plan out where citations are ahead of time and not while writing the paper.
Vy: Work on communications with teammates to satisfy highest criteria on project and
manage time to eliminate rushed work.
James: Improve on time management and team collaboration
Justine: Improve my time management and learn how to eradicate my procrastination,
help my team have a successful outcome.

Individual Commitment:
Justine: Willing to give 100% of commitment with proper deadlines
Esther: Willing to do 100 of work, has no conflicting obligations
Vy: Will give 100% to the project and communicate with teammates if any complications
arise to make sure everyone is aware of delay or absence.
James: Work as hard as I can, but my job may conflict with my school schedule.

Other Concerns:
Justine: My schedule can be demanding yet flexible, I just need to learn how to manage
that with my part in this project.
Esther: Heavy procrastinator, concerns over mental health - procrastination.
Vy: I procrastinate because of my job so it might conflict with my teammates’ goals, but
am willing to work on it.
James: Not having enough time because of my job.

Conflict Resolutions:
A three strike reminder for the team member who commits the infraction. If a team
member forgets to submit a draft by our group deadline, everyone in our group chat could
remind that person. After three strikes of missing a in-class deadline we will contact the
instructor for further instruction on how to continue.

Annotated Bibliography:
March 15: Team deadline March 15 (each teammate will conduct two-three annotated
bibliography
March 17: Edit together on March 17 before the deadline on March 18.
March 18: Deadline to be submitted on Ti.
Printed Draft of Research Review for Peer Review:
April 8: Team deadline April 8 (each teammate will conduct two-three pages of written review
with at least 2 resources).
April 9: Team edit deadline will be April 9.
April 10: Prepare and print out research review for class deadline on April 10 for peer review.
Final Research Review & Presentation:
April 13: Finishing touches on research review by April 13, consider peer reviews and edit as
necessary. Start powerpoint presentation by April 13.
April 14: Finish up powerpoint by April 14/15 (each classmate responsible for slides that
correlates with own research. Prepare to present.
Note: We need to make a system that is a backup in case someone does not do their work,
example - in the case of someone not doing their part person going clockwise has back up
research done (EXTREME CASE, but we should ask if this is right)

Unacceptable:
Unacceptable work includes work that isn’t complete or isn’t correctly supported this can
be determined via the rubric. Individuals must have 50% of their section, if not refer to
CONFLICT RESOLUTIONS. If a student is not submitting ‘good’ work, they will have to take
the lower grade (or deserving grade).
