 Payments to be made in favour of “GRAYCARD STUDIOS ”
  Advance 75% of the total assignment fee to accompany the confirmation and the purchase order.
 BALANCE 25% PAYABLE at the final files delivery .
 Excluded from the estimate: Agency commission, weather delay, vehicle transport & detailing, vehicle
insurance, agency TBL
 Weather delay/unavoidable circumstances/car delay per day: 100% of all technicians/crew/talent
fee/production costs.
 Unmentioned Expenses to be charged on actual. Props to be brought by client/agency .
 Even if client need without GST Tax, we can bill without tax.
 If in case of certain shots being disapproved by the client, once approved by the creative team during
the shoot, and a repeat shoot/render is required, a new estimate shall be raised prorate and charged for
