During my time at this establishment I was responsible for revising or creating and editing
spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. I was responsible for keeping track of and updating
employee’s contracts to continue further access to their computers. I occasionally assisted in setting
conferences and handled the catering for those conferences. I was also responsible for keeping
copy rooms and coffee areas clean and stocked.

SUMMER 2013 – PRESENT
I led children/teens between the ages of 11-18 from Summer 2013 – Summer 2016. I conducted
meetings to encourage and advise them on school, work, church, etc. Along with other group
leaders, we prepared activities to improve the physical body and the mind. Currently, I assist people
18 years or older as well as children 10 years old and below. I create schedules using Excel to
assign the older youth with a child every week. I also conduct meetings/caucuses to discuss ways
to improve our organization and hold events for all children and adults to attend to.

In my employment as a dental office assistant, I made phone calls to confirm appointments, scan
and file documents, I clean the rooms after each patient and I clean all the instruments and make
sure they are properly sterilized. Some of my other tasks include restocking each room with the
materials needed.

I assist customers with technical issues, and occasionally non-technical issues. I transfer calls to the
proper department when needed. I set appointments at retail stores for the customers. I guide them
