Sales & Marketing

Territory Manager
Location: West Zone (Ahmedabad & Pune)
Experience: 4-6 years of experience in Major Account Management
Education: MBA, candidate with Engineering Degree in Electronics & Communications will be given
preference.

Ensure all information related to the company is well documented and updated before presenting to
potential clients. It is important to ensure required products are made available to potential clients in case
product demonstration is required.
To obtain feedbacks and regular follow-ups on the progress of business with potential clients.
Provide customized solution(s) to the problems of potential client(s).
Ensure all service level agreements & statutory compliances are met before closing the deal.
To collect market information from reliable resources about market growth & potential clients.
Ensure proper follow-ups for collection within credit cycle.

Service Engineer/IBS Engineer

Location: South Zone (Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore, Hyderabad), North Zone (New Delhi), East
Zone (Kolkata)
Experience: 2-6 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Education: Diploma/B.E. in Electronics & Communications

Ability to execute Site Surveys with appropriate tools to perform drive test before design.
Verification & Validation of IBS Design to ensure that it is feasible and practical for installing our
equipments.
To give presentations and demonstrations of new products to customers.
To draw a comparative study of Shyam’s products with that of the competitors’.
Also educating vendors and engineers about the operation of our products.
Track the equipments which have to be repaired on an ongoing basis.

Service Manager
Location: East Zone (Kolkata)
Experience: 6-9 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
Education: Diploma/B.E. in Electronics & Communications

To give presentations and demonstrations of new products to existing & potential customers.
To collect product related information from field & draw a comparative study of Shyam’s products with
that of the competitors’.
Also educating vendors and engineers about the operation of our products.
To ensure that the team is performing physical and functional quality checks of the equipments, before they
are installed.
To ensure timely Annual Maintenance Contracts of all installed products are obtained from clients.

Engineers, Embedded Systems

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 4-6 yrs of relevant work experience
Education: B.Tech in Electronics and Communications.

Circuit designing (new); digital and analog is preferable, though not mandatory. Understanding of existing circuits.
Coding in C and assembly. Preferably PIC controllers. SDLC experience (software development life cycle)
object-oriented design concepts.

RF Engineers/Sr. Engineers
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2-6 yrs of relevant work experience
Education: B.Tech in Electronics and Communications.

Understanding of Telecom standards like GSM/CDMA desired, LNA/PA/PLL design experience is a must.

Software Engineers/Sr. Software Engineers

Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 2-5 yrs of relevant work experience
Education: MCA, BTech, MTech

VB.Net design and code. Must have knowledge of making class and dll (dynamic link library). SDLC
experience (Software development Life Cycle). Object oriented design concepts must. Communication
protocols like RS232, USB, parallel port etc. Understanding of digital circuits preferable.
