Login
- Access your website backend via the link: https://macansys.myshopify.com/admin

Orders page
- Orders can be accessed via https://macansys.myshopify.com/admin/orders

- Click on individual order to get into the details.

- To fulfill order click on mark as fulfilled

- Enter your tracking number, Shipping Carrier and tracking URL.

 - Click Fulfill items and it will send a notification to customer.

Abandoned checkouts
To check abandoned checkouts go to
https://macansys.myshopify.com/admin/checkouts

Customers
- You can access customers dashboard via
https://macansys.myshopify.com/admin/customers

o You can select one or more customers from the left side for bulk options:
 Delete selected customers(This will remove all the selected
customers)
 Add tags (This will add new tags to all the selected customers)

  Remove Tags(This will remove tags from all the selected
customers)

o You can click on individual customer to edit that customer’s details.

 To disable a customer you can click on disable button on top left
side
 To reset a password for a customer you can click reset password
on top left side

Settings
- You can access settings via https://macansys.myshopify.com/admin/settings
- You can manage overall website from settings menu at bottom left.

General
- There are 4 main sections in general settings
o Store Details in which you can change following settings
 Store name
 Account email (used for shopify admin account)
 Customer email (used to send emails to customers and for other
outgoing emails from shopify).

o Store address
 Used for billing, banking and other online transactions purposes.

o Standards and formats

 In this section set time zone, unit and weight units and other
formats used for orders numbers etc. for the store.
o Store currency
 You can specify store currency here to be used in overall store.

Locations
- If you have more than one store locations from where you want to ship your
products then You can manage your store locations and store addresses from
here.
o To add a new address click on the Add Address button on top right side.

o To update a previous address click on an address bar from the list the list
of addresses
 An address form has 2 sections
 Location name
 Address details

o You can add at least 8 addresses at a time.

ADD PRODUCTS FROM SHOPIFY DASHBOARD
- Go to this link: https://macansys.myshopify.com/admin
- Select products from the menu on the left side of the screen. You will see list of
products if added already.

- Press Add product button on the top right side of the screen.
- Add title, description, images, pricing and variants(optional)
- On the right side of the form, check the following:
o Product Availability: Press Manage to edit the product availability on
different online shopping platforms.
o Organization: Add product type, Product vendor, Select/search collection
which product is to be added and add tag to the product.
- Press Save button on top right side of the screen.

 - After product is saved you will see Duplicate, View, Promote, More Actions right
under the product title.
- Duplicate is to make the copy of the product.
- View is to see the front look or how the product looks on the website.

- Promote is to promote your product on different social media marketing

platforms.
- More Actions is to see the reviews given to the product.

(Note: tags and types are used as a condition for products to be added in a
collection)

Inventory
Inventory can be accessed via
https://macansys.myshopify.com/admin/products/inventory

o In individual entry click on the set button and enter your desired stock and
press ‘Save’ to set this product inventory.

  Under quantity record 0 represents the previous value and 5
represents the new value which you entered to be updated
o In individual entry click on the Add button and enter your desired stock
and press ‘Save’ to addnew stock to current stock of this product
inventory.
 Under quantity record 5 represents the previous value and 5
represents the value to be updated which issum of previous value +
new value entered.

ADD COLLECTIONS FROM SHOPIFY DASHBOARD

- In admin panel, on the left side menu inside the products submenu, select
Collections. You will see list of collections in front of you on the screen.
- On right side of the menu you will see Create Collection button.

 - Press Create Collection button to add new collection in the collections list.
- Add title, description, to the collection
- In collection type:
o Manual: this option is to add selective products to the collection.
o Automated: this option uses conditions type, tag (mentioned in product
manual).
- On right side of the form:
o Sales Channel: Press Manage to edit the availability of the collection on
different shopping platforms.
o Collection Image: Optional.
o Theme Templates: Do not change this option.
- Press Save on the top right corner of the screen.

- After collection is saved, you will see view option right under collection title.
- View option is to see how collection looks on the website of the store.
