This is a group joining tour: minimum of 12-14 pax to proceed the tour.
RESERVATION FEE of PHP500/PERSON will be deducted in the package rate and the
remaining half of the total balance should be settled 1 week before the travel date. It is non –
refundable but re-bookable and is subject to room and transportation availability.
For small group we can merge other groups so you can reach minimum number of pax. depends
on your target date.
Change of travel dates must be advised 7 DAYS before the travel date. Otherwise, the
reservation fee will be considered as the cancellation fee.
If in case, we were not be able to complete the guaranteed paying pax within 7 days before the
travel date we will email or send a text notification for re-schedule of the tour.
The company has the right to cancel the said travel date of the tour if group is not complete,
unless confirmed pax are willing to pay the slot/s to complete the guaranteed paying pax.
Seating arrangement is on a first come; first served basis.
Pax should travel lite (1 bag allowed per pax- NO TROLLEY OR LARGE LUGGAGE).
All trip/ tour details and itinerary may be altered or canceled due to hazardous conditions,
uncontrollable circumstances or any fortuitous event which may arise. We always put your safety
first. In the event that a tour gets cancelled due to these reasons, we may offer a reschedule.
NOTE:
Complaints - We hope you will have no reason to complain but if you are unhappy with any
aspect of the services provided you must report it immediately please contact our Travel
Counsellor (Marie 09294490497 ). We shall attempt to resolve the matter, failure to complain at
your destination may mean we will be unable to resolve the dispute after you return home.
In the event that you are deemed a 'NO SHOW', In this case the traveler must pay to the
company, the full amount of which is equivalent to the package tour
