Lesson Beverage

I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson the students should be able to:
1. Define cocktail and mocktail as beverage;
2. Identify difference between cocktail and mocktail;
3. Demonstrate actual cocktail and mocktail mixing.
II. Content:
A. Lesson: Mocktail and Cocktail as Beverage

B. Instructional Materials: Overhead Presentation, Cocktail and Mocktail


Consumables, Beverages Tools.

III. Procedures:
A. Preparatory Activities:
1. Opening Prayer, Greetings, Checking of Attendance, and etc.

2. Review: Recapitulation of previous lesson as spring board to cocktail and


mocktail.

3. Motivation:
Striking question that will able them to share their experience eating in
Fine Dining restaurant.

B. Development/ Presentation of the Lesson:


1. Present the Definition of Cocktails and Mocktails.
2. Call a student to read the difference between Cocktail and Mocktails.
3. Presentation of Different Examples of Cocktails and Mocktails.
4. Actual Demonstration of Cocktail & Mocktail Mixing.

C. Closing the Activity: Students will create their own cocktail and mocktail
concoction trough provided ingredients.

5. Valuing:
Value the essence of good and irresistible type of cocktail and mocktail
that will complement guess / costumer choice of foods.

IV. Application:

1. Return Demonstration of actual Cocktail & Mocktail Mixing.

V. Evaluation:

Cocktail and Mocktail Tasting.


VI. Assignment/ Agreement:

Identify different types of food service that will compliment the service of cocktail and
mocktail concoction.
