 This project is being carried out in the Driveshaft manufacturing unit of Spicer India Pvt Ltd. at
Satara, Maharashtra.
BACKGROUND  This project is needed because the company wants to increase the productivity of the employees
and eliminate the manual processes in inventory management, internal material handling and
raw material purchasing.
 The objective of this project is to implement barcode in every raw material which SIPL Satara
OBJECTIVE purchase from tier -2 suppliers and manage the inventory efficiently.
 Automate the goods receipt processes in the SAP ERP from the implemented Barcode.
 In this project we visualize the overall operational flow of a business. This project covers all the

stages of supply chain flow from Tier-2 suppliers to Original equipment manufacturer (OEM).

 This project covers the following subject-

the SAP ERP after production of finished goods and decrease the material outward time.

OBJECTIVE  The objective of this project is to automate the booking process in SAP ERP.

SCOPE  In this project we visualize the overall operational flow of the material handling in the ERP.
