NOTICE

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client Mr. Mr. Amit Singh S/o Mr.Rajesh
Singh r/o G-2, Plot No. 62, Sector-5, Saket, New Delhi. I do hereby serve you with the
following notice:-

1. That you had approached to my client and requested my client to give Personal
hand loan of Rs.25,00,000/- to you. My client considered your requests and given
you a personal hand loan of Rs.25,00,000/-.
2. That at the time of taking this personal loan amount the total 12 installments each
worth Rs.1,45,000/- per month were fixed and to be payable by you to my client.
3. That you deposited some installments with my client and later on you were unable
to make the balance payment of monthly in-spite of the liability of payment of
loan amount of Rs.25,00,000/- you have been miserably failed to make payment of
the said amount due to my client deliberately with malafide intent.
4. That you were liable to pay the said loan amount of Rs.25,00,000 /-along with
interest at 18% p.a. from the date of due till actual realization of the said sum.
5. That my client requested you several times through telephonic message and by
sending personal messenger to your office for release of the said outstanding
payment, but you have always been dully delaying the same on one pretext or the
other and so far have not paid even a single penny out of the said outstanding
undisputed amount.
I, therefore by means of this notice, call upon you to to pay to my client Rs.
25,00,000/- along with interest at 18% p.a. from 01-01-2015 till actual realization of the
said amount, within one month after the receipt of this notice, failing which my client
shall be constrained to take such necessary action, as advised against you, in the court of
competent jurisdiction civil as well as criminal and in that event you shall be liable for all
costs and consequences and you shall further be liable for use and occupation charges.
Copy of this notice has been retained in my office for further necessary action.
