CODE OF CONDUCT
Objective
“ANTYODAYA YOGA” adopts this Employee Conduct and Work Rules Policy to ensure orderly operations and
provide the best possible work environment.
The following is a list of behaviors that the company considers unacceptable. Any employee found engaging in
these behaviors will be subject to disciplinary actions including warning, layoff, or dismissal:
1. Failure to be at the work place, ready to work, at the regular starting time.
2. Willfully damaging, destroying, or stealing property belonging to fellow employees or the company.
3. Fighting or engaging in horseplay or disorderly conduct.
4. Refusing or failing to carry out any instructions of a superior.
5. Leaving your work station (except for reasonable personal needs) without permission from your
superior.
6. Ignoring work duties or loafing during working hours.
7. Coming to work under the influence of alcohol or any drug, or bringing alcoholic beverages or drugs onto
company property.
8. Intentionally giving any false or misleading information to obtain employment or a leave of absence.
9. Using threatening or abusive language toward a fellow employee.
10. Punching another employee’s time card or falsifying any record.
11. Smoking contrary to established policy or violating any other fire protection regulation.
12. Willfully or habitually violating safety or health regulations.
13. Failing to wear clothing conforming to standards set by the company.
14. Taking unexcused absences from work.
15. Not taking proper care of, neglecting, or abusing company equipment and tools or using it in
unauthorized manner.
16. Possessing firearms or weapons of any kind on company property.
17. Theft or inappropriate removal or possession of property.
18. Sexual or other harassment.
Compliance with Law
We expect employees to be ethical and responsible when dealing with our company’s finances, products,
partnerships and public image.

Respect in the workplace


All employees should respect their colleagues.

All employees should treat our company’s property, whether material or intangible, with respect and care.

Professionalism

All employees must show integrity and professionalism in the workplace:

Communication

All employees must be open for communication with their colleagues, supervisors or team members.

Disciplinary actions
Our company may have to take disciplinary action against employees who repeatedly or intentionally fail
to follow our Code of conduct .Disciplinary actions will vary depending on the violation.

Possible consequences include:

 Demotion
 Suspension or termination for more serious offenses.
 Detraction of benefits for a definite or indefinite time.
 We may take legal action in cases of corruption, theft, embezzlement or other unlawful behavior.
Training & Development

The Company is committed to developing everyone in the Organization and increases the potential of employees
for maximizing mutual benefit to individual and the Company. Training will be given by expert leaders.

Performance management

Employee performance would be analyzed on quarterly basis and based on that Appraisal shall be given.

Register your presence

For studio staff attendance will be maintained daily for all the employees through ATTENDANCE REGISTER. If any
particular employee hasn’t registered for the attendance, then that person is considered to be Absent for the day.

Personnel records

It is your responsibility to keep the HR team informed of any changes in current address or contact information,
change in name to notify in case of emergency.

Personal calls at workplace-Employees will make minimum use of personal calls and messages

Leave policy

All leaves will be granted at the convenience of the Management and nothing shall limit the discretion of the
Management to refuse, revoke or curtail leave depending upon the exigencies of Company work.

Employee will be allowed for 1 day paid leave during the Probation period except Sundays, and after
confirmation (which will be given on completion of 3 months) there will be 2 paid leaves in a month.

Regarding absenteeism or leaves informing HR & Your Superior is compulsory ,otherwise It will result to pay cut.
Leave during Notice period

An unauthorized absence during the notice period will be treated, as shortfall in notice period.

Holidays ( Management’s decision regarding any changes on the same shall be considered final & employees
are expected to obey the same)

Salary

Between 1st to 5th of every calendar month salary will be disbursed to the Employee.
Resignation

Employee will submit a formal resignation letter to the HR dept. and Notice period is to be given by employees
who wish to resign from the company.

Policies

All employees should read and follow our company policies. If they have any questions, they should ask their
managers or Human Resources (HR) department.

Conclusion

Employees are expected to follow these rules while on company premises, attending company
functions or otherwise performing work-related activity and this can only happen when
everyone cooperates and commits to appropriate standards of behavior.
