The processing of records potentially responsive to your request is ongoing and has yielded an additional eight responsive documents, ‘After reviewing these documents, we have determined that two may be released in full, five may be released in part, and one must be withheld in full. ‘An enclosure explains the FOIA exemptions and other grounds for withholding material.
