Regarding of Purchase Request for HP Carepack, PT Karlin Mastrindo is previous vendor for that project in Bekasi Plant,

they have experience related to HP Care pack and gold partner for HP.

The surveyed items :

a. Verification of legal aspect (new vendor requirements)

They have been moved to new office since 2013 but did not changed the legal documents (NPWP, SPPKP, SKT,
etc) and they do not have planning to change it.

New Office : DIPO Tower 12 th Floor, Jl. Jenderal Gatot Subroto Kav 51-52, Jakarta

a. PT Karlin Mastrindo is Gold partner’s HP for Incorporation and Silver Partner for Enterprise.
Incorporation partner  for Hardware (for example : Laptop, PC, Printer)
Corporation  for Network, Server, etc.
Certificate partnership as attached.
b. They have 500 customers, Ex : TMMIN, Daihatsu, SKK Migas, Wom Finance, Astra Credit Company (ACC),
Jasindo, etc.
c. Job Scope of PT Karlin Mastrindo is not only sold software and hardware but they are rental the hardware (PC

rental, printer rental, laptop rental, etc,.)

Summary of survey :
PT Karlin Mastrindo is recommended for BSIN’s supplier with consideration because their office address did not match with
