Property 1 : Mall Visit
Deliverables
A visit will be organized to a leading mall in UAE, wherein the main event
star cast will be present for 20 to 30 minutes on stage interacting with the
audience. The show will be anchored by the official Radio Partners RJ’s who
will be entertaining the crowd with interactive games, music, contests, gifts,
prizes etc and stars also speaking to audience / fans in attendance.

• Hype will be created on radio, social media, emailers & sms shots to drive
the fans to the mall.

• Radio Jock to host the event & create a hype for the stars to come on
stage with action packed dance performances based on the valentine theme
of the event (14th Feb).

• Winner of draw will get prize from sponsor & stars.

• Coverage on print, digital & electronic media.


Property 2 : Outlet / Store Visit

Deliverables

A visit will be organized to a leading store / client outlet in the


UAE, wherein the main event star cast will be present for 20 to 30
minutes & in the presence of the invited media, outlet special
guests and its valuable customers. The outlet brand can run
promotions / competitions on its social media and 2 or 3 selected
winners will receive prizes from the brand which can be handed
over by our leading celebrity stars.

• Hype will be created on FM radio, social media, emailers & sms


shots to drive the fans to the store.

• Coverage on print, digital & electronic media.


Property 3 : Valentines Treat - Dine with Stars
Deliverables
• A Special Valentine Dinner /Meet & Greet with the Stars will be
organized at a restaurant in the Dubai, where the entire main event
star cast will be present for 1 to 1 ½ hours in the presence of the
outlets special guests, invited media, radio contest winner couples
(10 no’s), official radio partner team & invited guests. This property
will be promoted on FM station through a competition for selecting
10 to 15 couples to Dine with the stars event thereby creating a
buzz among the listeners and promoting the Restaurant Partner.

• Hype will be created on radio (promos / contests etc.), social


media, emailers & sms shots to drive the fans to the store.

• Coverage on print, digital & electronic media.

• Restaurant Partner will have the privilege for venue food sales
