GENERAL NOTES :

1) Compliance test certificat shall be submitted.

2) All test reports, test certificates and inspection reports shall be reviewed by Manufacturer before submitting the same for verification by Purchaser.

3) Calibrated instruments shall be used during inspection, examination and testing.

4) Equipment shall be suitably packed with proper supports / covered and care shall be taken for transportation.

5) Spares shall undergo same checks as mentioned QAP.

6) Balancing will be done at reduced speed. However, allowable un-balance shall be calculated at rated speed.

7) Hydro test shall be done on suction shell and discharge shell. Test pressure shall be two times of duty points or 1.5 times shut of head, whichever is higher.

8) NPCIL will inspect the components visually and review Compliance Certificate submitted by PUMP VENDOR for dimensional inspection.

Any deviation to this QAP shall be brought out by vendor in his offer failing which this QAP shall be complied duly.
