Executive Summary

Qurve-X proudly presents a proposal to Amin Islam & Co. for their invoice billing software. This
software will transfer the manual invoice creating process to automated invoice billing system. The
generated invoice will work as follows

The users will be assigned their customary login details. Once logged in the user will be able to punch
in the information of the client and the kind of service they are providing. As soon as the user puts in
the service amount, the system can generate an invoice however a multitude of other services are also
at the hands of the user.

Returning client information, saving services and service amounts can also be saved beforehand. A
custom message can also be added in the invoice. The database is ridiculously simple to use and
secure. You can show any taxes that may be applied on the service. Again, all these can also be saved
and can be applied on all invoice.

1. Project Overview
The invoice billing system will be re-modelling the invoice billing procedure for the company. They will be able
to simply log into the software and would be able to generate the invoice by following the simple steps. The
billing system will allow the company to generate a bill of sale through input of a few key information and
print it out in a matter of seconds.
The first step is the login. Whether you need a login based on your emails or simply your names is entirely up
to you. The system will then show you the dashboard upon signing in where you will be able to pull up past
records of employees, create new invoices, access old account receivables, create customer profiles and more.

The system only needs some key data to be able to generate a bill of sale. It is your choice to add, comments,
remainders, or notes on the invoice. This invoice will be in a pdf format. This can be changed upon request.

4. Deployment
The software will be distributed in the following manner:
 Before deploying the software, client will get a chance to use it and see if it’s according to their
expectations.
 Once client approves the software, our technical department will visit the physical location of company
and install the complete software. Either this or the software can be delivered through USB if the client
requires.

5. Testing
The testing process shall be as follows:
  We shall show the demo of the software to the client to get approval of the theme.
 After functional changes in the software are finalised, if any, coordination with the client will occur
again.
 Once the final release is deployed, client can avail the services whenever they deem imperative.

6. Warranty
We will accept claims from the client regarding the software issues for a total of 24 months from the date of
deployment.

7. Support
Qurve-X is incumbent on eliminating its client’s technical problems regarding the software. We will always
provide the technical assistance to our client.

8. Training
Qurve-X technical staff will provide the hands on training to the user of the software and will help them to
understand the functions of provided software.

9. Pricing
Our fee for seeing the project through from start to completion will be 12,000PKR.

10. Payment Terms

We propose the following payment terms:

100% after the deployment of the software i.e. milestone 4.
