Reflect on 3 best practices I

observed it
In my opinion, the three best practices that I noticed are useful and
helpful. Firstly, entering the classroom which means students should
make a beautiful line before they are entering the class. Also, be
quietly and politely no chatting with friends and high five your teacher
before entering the classroom so, this way is important to keep
students organized and respect to each other. Also, it makes students
ready for the lesson period and avoids misbehavior like make a noising,
so I think this way keeps them polity. The second best practice is
refreshing mind of the students while they finish the group activity
because it help students feel more relaxed and refresh their mind since
in the math lesson students feel board since they always thinking about
how to solve and what is the solution of the questions so while they
take a nap between the activities especially in math lesson that method
useful to the learners and keep them active while they relax. The last
practice which I used in my observation period organizing desk because
the boys are not organized they always unclean, so I avoid this issue in
my training period in Al Asimah school, so I asked students while they
finish their work in the activity they should remove all loose papers and
the worksheet should stay at school in middle of the table. Then, put a
pencil in your school box and everything else goes on the right side.
Lastly, pick up your trash. Finally, I would like these 3 practices to
implement in UAE primary classroom in future because it will be
effective ways such as students will learn how to be organized and will
feel interested while they are leaning.
