1. Tell me about yourself briefly, please ?

My name is Nurhalisa Salsabiela, I am twenty years old. I have graduated from D3

management informatic department State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya in 2019. I am the second
child of four siblings. I live in Palembang.

2. What department do you apply and why do you interested on it?

I want to apply for the System Analyst position in IT departement, I am interested working
on that position because that is my passion and I am also love working with computers since I
was a kid.

3. When were you most satisfied in your work?

It’s When I completed my job properly and on time, also when I get a job that related to my
passion.

4. What are your strengths, please specify each of three?

My strengths are I love to learn new things, I have a good analytical thinking, and I like to
pursue my target.

5. What are your weaknesses, please specify each of three?

My weakness are, I often to lose focus when I have too many distractions. Next, I am a
perfectionist, so, sometimes it takes a long time to finish a job, because I want to finish it
perfectly, and the last is I am easily to get bored.

6. What is your skill?

I am good at operating computer, and working in a team.

7. Do you have working experience in this position?

No sir, i’m fresh graduated. This is my first time to apply a full time job.

8. Why should we hire you for this position?

I am a hard worker, fast learner, and a perfectionist person. I also have the ability to work
individually or in a team.
 9. Do you have the other skill that will support your career?
I am good in computer skill such as Office, Photoshop, and Corel Draw.

If you hire me, it will be a great platform to showcase my skills. Whatever goals I set, I
ensure to complete them within stipulated time.

11. Do you have any ambitions in your life that you want to archive?
I do have a lot of ambitions that I want to achieve in this life. However, one of the most
important ones right now is getting this job. I am ambitious to get this job because I have the
feeling that this job is the right one for me and I can bring the best out of me for this job

12. Can you work with a team and under pressure ?

Yes I can, I also don’t think it’s a pressure because it’s the responsibility of my work and it’s
also a great change to improve the quality of myself.

13. What do you know about our company?

I know quite a lot of things about your company. Your company is basically a company that
engaged in digital services industry. It is one of the largest ones in this city and makes huge
benefits every year. I think it is an honor for anyone to work in a fine company like this.

14. What course did you attend?

I have been Attended many courses of this field, one of them i have participated in a series of
reliable digital classroom training helf by Google Indonesia.

15. If you were accepted, how much salary you were expected?
I am apply for this position because I think this is my passion. I don’t really consider about
the salary as long as it is reflect on my ability and work achievement. I believe that this
company will appreciate the employee by giving the proper salary.

16. Could you mention any computer software that you expert in it?
Besides of programming, I am also an expert of Microsoft Office dan also an expert for
design software, like Adobe Photoshop and Corel Draw
 17. Why do you want to work in our company?
Because your company have a good reputation and of course to get the great experience to
work in here.

To become a better person and more professional.

19. What are your expectations from job ?

I’m looking for the opportunity to expand my learning, put to use my skills and experience,
work in a team that is inclusive and an environment that helps propel my growth beyond the
job descriptions.

20. How do you see yourself 5 years from now ?

I am driven to be the best at what I do and I want to work somewhere I’ll have opportunities
to develop my skills, take on interesting projects, and work with people I can really learn
from. Some of the most innovative thinkers in the industry work here and that’s a big reason
why I would love to build a career here.
