As we all know science and technology is evolving day by day.

Thousands of informative and

technical documents are published every year. Most of them are in soft form. Only few are available
in Universal Braille System. Due to which, blind people lack in this field. To overcome this serious
issue, we are focusing to build a Braille Reader for visually impart people.

Braille is the special language for blind people that help them to read with the help of sense of
touch. It was introduced by loius braille in 1871

Braille is a system which converts each character into a combination of 6 dots.

A braille cell consist of 2 columns each column consist of 3 dots i-e a 3x2 matrix. Each cell of Braille
system represents a single character. Different combinations of dots represent different characters.
Thus, 64 different characters can be represented.

Our motivation regarding this project is to help the visually impaired people to take benefit of the
modern technologies and so that they can play an important role to the progress of the country
