TECHGENIE-THE STORY SO FAR.

Established in 2011 by the present owners & directors, TechGenie

Engineering (Private) Limited previously working as Dawn
Engineering and Dawn Automation services has gone from strength
to strength. In the founding years the owners used their enhanced
knowledge & skills to build a business based on superb technical
ability, outstanding customer service and a desire to build a
business that would grow and succeed in the retail market place.
This happened because of the regular re-investment back into the
business, creating the perfect conditions to provide a solid financial
base from which the company could expand.

By identifying a need in the market place for contracting services

that could be ‘bought’ in, TechGenie previously called dawn
automation created the platform from which to develop the business
further. Existing electrical engineering, automation and calibration
certification providing companies had gone through a challenging
period of rationalization and the use of sub-contract engineers
allowed TechGenie at that time called Dawn Automation to maximize
revenues during this period.

An early partnership was formed with the name of Dawn Automation

services, the opportunity to provide calibration services, electrical
installation works, reactive service and complete solution for
planned shutdown for the industrial sector,

Building on the success of the contracting services provided,

TechGenie soon identified an opportunity to encompass innovative
one roof electrical solutions with a focus on site provision of goods
and services. The company can now provide a complete selection of
standard and individually designed plant solutions to meet with end
users’ needs in all provision of electrical instruments / goods,
execution of services contracts, calibration services all under one
 roof.

The Head Office currently occupies 5,000 s.ft of dedicated office

space in the head of Punjab having well established functional
departments and the skilled on-site field force adds quality
execution team strength into TechGenie. Incorporated within the
building, is also proud to have a world class testing and certification
facility - developed as an identified need to deal on spot quality
checks of the goods supplied via in-house calibration and to train
engineers professionally to the exacting standards expected by end
users and to give the engineers the knowledge of new and ever-
changing developments within the industry.

TechGenie has been executing projects on EPC basis since mid 2013s
based on in-house facilities for engineering design,
manufacturing/procurement, construction, commissioning and
maintenance wrapped up with the overall project management expertise.

The EPC Division is at the forefront of the Company’s strategic direction to

ascend the value chain by providing turnkey solutions tailored to the
clients’ requirements. The operational Business Units in the Division

TechGenie one of the growing Plant Maintenance contractor in Pakistan.
A rich experience of more than a decade in Maintenance division executes
all kinds of maintenance projects including long term Turnarounds /
Shutdowns, Retrofit Projects comprising of Plant Modifications, Revamping,
De-bottlenecking and Expansion Projects, Electrical and Instrumentation
works within or outside plants.

Maintenance Division believes in striving for continuous improvement for

sustainable business growth keeping in view the vision and core values of
