1. This is a small class and my first time teaching table tennis. This will be a good first time, but i

Key Terminology:

Cues

- Ready position with hand above table
- Step toward the ball with the paddle foot and go
from low to high
- Follow through should be with the paddle

Lob shot
- Ready position

Serve
- Ball must bounce on your side of table first
- Backhand or front hand the ball over
- Keep the ball level

Kill shot
- Go from high to low
- Power and follow through down
Safety - ​Watch out for ping pong balls and hold onto
rackets

Grip -

- Your index finger on the backhand rubber.


- Your thumb tucked in on the forehand side.
