WORK EXPERIENCE :

1) Working with M/s RLG Group of Industries (Petrochemicals & Power


Industry) as an Executive Assistant –cum-HR from Nov. 21 st 2015 to till date.

Job Responsibilities :

a. Issue offer letters to the selected candidates and provide the checklist of their
duties and responsibilities in order to delegate to the senior management.
b. Coordination with various plant heads for updation of work and prepare the
delegation sheets and submit the same to the Head of Departments.
c. Prepare the minutes of meetings after fixing the schedule and filing the same
after finalization of schedules.
d. Shortlist of resumes from Job portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com,
shine.com, timesjobs.com or through linkedin profiles etc.
e. Conduct telephonic interviews of the shortlisted candidates and pass their
resumes to the concerned departments for further review.
f. Maintain the record of attendance of employees, leave monitoring formats
and issue the office order Ist week of every month and overtime schedule etc.
g. Prepare minutes of meeting as and when meeting is scheduled between
difference sectors or between management and other clients.

2) Worked with M/s Aura Fincorp Ltd. (Investment Banking firm) as an


Executive Assistant-cum-Office Executive from April 2012 to May 2013.

Job Responsibilities :

a. Shortlisting the resume of all the prospective candidates according to job


requirements and arranging for interviews
b. Conducting the telephonic interviews to shortlist the candidates for
further rounds with the Managing Director.
c. Coordination with different departments for assisting them in their day to
day activities.
d. Maintain schedule of meetings at regular intervals and prepare minutes of
the same.
e. Prepare fact sheets of clients for getting the brief information and submit
the same for approval.

3) Worked with M/s TFS Business Advisors Pvt. Ltd. (A management Consulting
Firm) as an Executive Assistant to Managing Director from April 2010 to
March 2012.

Job Responsibilities :

a. Liaisoning with clients in relation to the matters concerning promoter of


the company.
b. Managing the performance appraisal of the employees, issuing offer
letters to them and taking their feedback about the general working
environment in the company and discussing the same with the MD.
c. Coordination with different departments for providing assistance in their
part of work.
d. Bank Statements, Credit Card Statements and other related information
concerned with the boss is updated.
e. Insurance related matters are updated from time to time.

4) Worked with M/s HPP Energy (India) Pvt. Ltd. (Engineers & Consultants) as a
Secretary to Director of Finance from March 2007 to February 2008.

Job Responsibilities :

a. Handling of accounting files and personal files for updation of records.


b. Proper scrutinisation of enclosures for maintenance of records
c. Booking of tickets either Air Travel or Rail Travel through agent or
directly
d. Liasoning with contractors like insurance agents for timely updation of
records in their respective files for claim of amount in case of emergency
felt by any employee.

5) Worked with M/s Bhanot Construction and Housing Ltd. (Real Estate
Developers) as an Assistant/Steno Typist from April 2005 to March 2007.

Job Responsibilities :

a. Handled official correspondences related to project matters..


b. Proper scrutinization, coordination and regular follow-up on the activities of
staff work on daily basis and time sheets are updated accordingly..
c. Transfer of ownership from one party to the other interested party after
furnishing the necessary details in a proper form along with fees as
prescribed by DDA / MCD in their prescribed rules and ownership is handed
over to the concerned party after the fulfillment of procedures.
