Academic Project
Project Title: Fabrication and Performance Analysis of Refrigeration System Using
Waste Heat.
Description: It works on the principle of vapor absorption refrigeration system.
Waste heat like chimney exhaust gas heat, it utilized to pressurize the refrigerant
and later it is condensed and then throttled to get a low temperature.
Refrigeration is process of removing heat from an enclosed space or from a
substance and moving it to a place where it is unobjectionable. In this
refrigeration system heat supply can be replaced by waste heat from the furnace
chimney or exhaust manifold of I.C.Engine.
