TERMS FOR RETAIL OUTLET IN (COCO) MODEL

Meaning of (COCO); that means (Company Owned Company Operated), organization will
take your land on lease basis & pay a fixed yearly lease after commissioning of Retail Outlet.

 The entire license required from competent authority will be taken by organization.
 Operation of Retail Outlet will be operated/manage by organization.
 Entire infrastructure, machinery for operation of Retail Outlet will be installing by
organization.

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS FROM APPLICANT IN (COCO) MODEL

 Fill application form with your personal and site details for Retail Outlet and submit
application with refundable (application fee) (As Demand Draft) of Rupees 5000/- (Five
Thousand only). With the affidavit/acknowledgment/NOC.
 Attach supporting documents like sale deed/lease deed/khatoni etc. for showing
ownership of land/proposed land; if proposed land acknowledgment and affidavit both
are required.
 If land ownership documents/land are not available at the time of application; applicant
have to give acknowledgment to the organization for proposed land; with the time limit
and the area where applicant will arrange the land.
 Civil Work (Boundary Wall of Entire Land, Security Room and Toilet) will be
constructed by applicant as per organization layout.
 After issue Letter of Intent (LOI); applicant will be enter into Memorandum of
Understanding with organization.
 No any Security/Bank Guarantee required in (COCO) model.
 Change of land use (if required) will be ensure/done by applicant.
 Affidavit/NOC/Acknowledgement must be required with application.

TERMS FOR PRODUCTION PLANT IN (LOLB) MODEL

(LOLB); that means (Land on Lease Basis) organization will take your land on lease basis &
pay a fix lease amount after commissioning of Bio-Fuel Production Plant.

 The entire license required from competent authority will be taken by organization.
 Operation of “Production Plant” will be operated/manage by organization.
 Entire infrastructure, machinery for operation of production plant will be installed by
organization.

MINIMUM REQUIRMENTS FROM APPLICANT IN (LOLB) MODEL

 Fill application form with your personal and site details for production plant and submit
application with refundable (application fee) (As Demand Draft) of Rupees 5000/- (Five
Thousand only). With the affidavit/acknowledgment/NOC.
 Attach supporting documents like sale deed/lease deed/khatoni etc. for showing
ownership of land/proposed land; if proposed land acknowledgment and affidavit both
are required.

Terms & Condition for all Models:


1. Lease amount will be decided between (SCM) and applicant.
2. Lease will start after commissioning of Retail Outlet/Production Plant.
3. After issue (LOI) applicant will be enter into (MOU) with organization & terms
and condition and furnished all required property related documents.
4. After (MOU) applicant will enter into lease deed with the agreed lease terms as
per (MOU) with organization.
5. Lease value and lease tenure of land will be mentioned in (MOU).
