bulletproof vehicle, it provides protection to the personnel of defence,
paramilitary and police forces against small arms fire and grenade attacks.

Armoured to Level B6, the Mahindra Marksman has a Cuppola

machine gun mount with 270° traverse and protection.

8-Step Armouring Process

Step 1
Vehicle Stripped Down and Prepared
The vehicle is completely stripped down of all of its exterior panels
and interior components. The components are stored safely ready
for re-installation later.

Step 2
CATIA Drawing Development
Our in-house professional development team produces high quality
customized drawings and measurements for the armour, ensuring
that we maintain the very highest standards when armouring all
types of vehicles.

Step 3
Precision Laser Cutting of Armoured Steel
Armoured steel is Laser Cut using CNC (computer numerical
control) to guarantee a perfect cut of the steel that is 100%
Consistent with the standards we set.

Step 4
Welding and Installation of Armoured Steel
Armoured steel plates are welded to the vehicle, using as few pieces
as possible, to ensure the highest possible stability of armouring.
 Step 5
Zinc Oxide Rust Inhibitor Applied to Armoured Steel
We apply a coating of Zinc Oxide to the armoured steel plates to help
in the prevention of corrosion and deterioration of the steel armouring.

Step 6
Multilayer Ballistic Glass Installed
State-of-the-art 40mm thick custom made multilayer ballistic glass
is installed into the vehicle to provide you with the very best in bullet
resistant glass technology.

Step 7
Vehicle Upgrades Fitted
High Performance Brakes, Suspension and Heavy Duty Door
Hinges are fitted to help maintain the armoured vehicles original
vehicle performance, taking into consideration the additional
armoured steel weight.

Step 8
Final Quality Inspection and Testing
When the vehicle is finished, we perform our final vehicle quality
Inspections and perform ride, handling and braking tests to ensure
that every vehicle is consistent and of the very highest quality you
would expect of a vehicle from Mahindra Emirates Vehicle Armouring.

BSI PAS 300 - Live Fire Testing taken to a new Level
Mahindra Emirates Vehicle Armouring has entered into a new Internationally
recognized armoured vehicle certification program with Qinetiq.

We are the first company to achieve the new Internationally Government

recognized British Standard Institute (BSI) specification called PAS 300.

The new PAS 300 standard has been sponsored by the Centre for the
Protection of National Infrastructure (CPNI), it is based on the Vehicle
Security Advisory Group (VSAG) VSAG 12 standard for testing. VSAG is a
steering group of security and vehicle specialists representing governments
from USA, UK, Canada, Australia and France. They were brought together
to create an internationally government recognized standard for testing of up
armoured vehicles and for evaluating armoured vehicle companies.

Driver Training Courses
Mahindra Emirates Vehicle Armouring provides specialist armoured vehicle
Driver Training Courses. Our driving instructors have a vast amount of knowledge and
experience and are well suited to providing a cost effective solution.

Our team are experienced in Off-Road Driver Training, providing training for the
Ministry of Defence within the UK and abroad in Operational areas. The depth of
experience of our staff has been gained with many years experience in the Military
including Special Forces all over the world.

Driver Monitoring and GPS Tracking

In Vehicle Monitoring Systems (IVMS) offers the very best in vehicle tracking via
GPRS Network and Satellite.

Additionally to vehicle tracking, our system also captures key vehicle diagnostics
including speeding violations, harsh braking, over revving, driving hours, door lock
status, excessive idling and ignition.

Our Driver Monitoring System offer you the complete package to track your vehicle
from computer software, and also monitor the drivers driving behaviour and can be
used for key information in the event of an ambush.

Spare Parts Club

As part of our unique products and services package, we offer you a complete
range of spare parts, including Original Equipment OEM parts, and upgradable parts
including Brakes, Suspension and replacement ballistic glass.
