NOTIFICATION

It is hereby notified for the information of all the candidate concerned that the P.G. Diploma in
Applied Linguistics ( Regular & Backlog ) Examinations are scheduled in the Month of June-2019. The
detailed Time-Table
Table will be issued in due course.

The candidates appearing for the above Examination should enclose their Xerox copies of
Degree certificate certified by the College for ready reference. Enclose their Original Migration
Certificate together with
th a fee of Rs.250/- in addition to Examinations fee for the candidate studied
other than OU.

Following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and online submission of
examination application forms at respective college.

a) Last date for payment of examination fee without Saturday

late fee and submission of Examination forms at 18.05.2019
the respective College.
b) Last date for payment of examination fee with a Tuesday
late fee of Rs.300/

application forms at the respective College.

Fee paid once cannot be refunded or adjusted

FEE PARTICULARS :

The candidates who are appearing First time for the University Examination are
required to pay University processing fee of Rs.300/- in addition to the normal fee of
examination once in a course of time.

The Principal is requested to forward all the Examination forms duly certified on or
before 23.05.2019 without fail. Forms received after 23.05.2019
2 will be levied fine of
Rs.2000/-per day.

Further, the Principal is requested to submit COMPULSORY the following documents,

other wise their forms will not be accepted.

i) The detailed fee statement signed by the college Principal.

ii) The list of admitted candidates for the year 2018-2019

P.G. Admission, O.U.
iii) The clearance
earance certificate from the Director, Directorate of Academic Audit,O.U.
iv) The clearance certificate from Nodal Officer, Statistical Cell, O.U.

The principals are requested to remit the Examination fee in any branch of State Bank of India
in favour of the Registrar, Examination Fee Fund, O.U. A/C No 52198262033 and obtain a receipt
from the Bank and submit the same to the Examination Branch along with EAF.

IN CASE THE COLLEGE IS MAINTAINING ITS ACCOUNT OTHER THAN STATE

BANK OF INDIA, IS REQUIRED TO TRANSFER THE FEE AMOUNT THROUGH RTGS FOR
CREDIT INTO REGISTRAR, EXAMINATION FEE FUND A/C No 52198262033 (SBI,O.U
BRANCH,IFSCODE “SBIN0020071”).

Note : 1. The Principal is informed that the student name corrections will not be
entertained. Kindly verify before sending EAF to Controller of
Examinations, O.U.

2. AS PER NOTIFICATION, NOT ELIGIBLE STUDENT’S NUMBER WILL BE

DELETED/REMOVED FROM RESULT PROCESS AT ANY TIME, IF HALL TICKET
ISSUED.
