Northbound export all parameters operation guide 1 Description

1 Description

In CME V200R015, Northbound supports export all parameters, but in the default version,
Northbound only supports to export commonly used parameters. Customer needs to operate
the following commands if they hope to export all parameters.
Note:
After operate the following commands, all the specified NE versions which installed in CME
Server will export all parameters.
The CmeServer will be restarted.
If customer installed a new CME component package, they need operate the following
commands again.

2 Operation guide

Log in to the CME server as user ossuser.

Note:
The server is the CME installed server. In SLS solution the U2000 and CME are installed in different servers.
Use the following command to get the CME server IP:
. /opt/oss/server/svc_profile.sh
svc_deploy -cmd querysvc|grep CmeServer

Step 1: Run the following command to set U2000 environment variables (note that a space exists between the
dot and the slash):
. /opt/oss/server/svc_profile.sh

Step 2: Run the following command to exec the set tool:

Run the following command to get the usage of the tool:
setFullParamMode.sh

The following text will display on the screen:

Usage:
(1) All components set Usage:
setFullParamMode.sh all
(2) Specified component set Usage:
setFullParamMode.sh [component 1][component 2][component 3]...

The tool may be used by two ways:

1. Set all components all parameters, run the following command:
setFullParamMode.sh all

The following text will display on the screen:

Set fullParamMode completed! Need to restart CmeServer manually!

2. Set specified component all parameters, run the following command(The component’s file name can get
by run “setFullParamMode.sh”. The “All components in current environment:” lists all components’ file
name.):
setFullParamMode.sh MBSCModel/MocRelation/UO/V900R016C00/MocExpInfo.xml

The following text will display on the screen:

Set MBSCModel/MocRelation/UO/V900R016C00/MocExpInfo.xml successfully!
Set fullParamMode completed! Need to restart CmeServer manually!

Step 3：Run the following command to restart the CmeServer service:

svc_adm -cmd restartsvc CmeServer
